That monkey game at the beginning has to have some of the worst sound effects usage I've ever heard in a video game. So obnoxious and not the least bit funny or charming.

The GBA had such a massive amount of random trash on it, thank goodness the hit titles carried it as much as they did. Pokemon, Castlevania, a few other RPGs and a sparse few platformers like Sonic Advance were all it had in terms of higher quality video game experiences. Some of those would be arguable, even. I love the thing but it's astounding what absolute garbage people will put out there.

Each time I talk about this game, I think about that video and re-watch some parts of it. I saw it years ago, it is one of my favorites. I myself did that a few times with friends, or on my own. It is indeed a 10/10 creature maker, and a average-somewhat-good rts. I spent hours on that creature maker thing.

I think my favorite line from this stream is when Loon said "In my universe, Tie has removed himself from the game and is just sitting passive-aggressively on the options menu". Course, there's also his line "You can't metagame me when I live in another dimension", and "Sure, pick on the guy who has no concept of the passage of time", and also when he interrupted himself mid-sentence at 1:33:46 to say "Would you like to light the *darkness lamp??"* Loon just had a whole bunch of good quotes in this one, it was great!

all jokes aside, chess 2 would be a good game if it was local 2 player and the creator didn't abandon it. The different armies are well done and make the game unique and enjoyable. I find it fun to come up with new strategies that wouldn't work in normal chess.
